The policies mentioned below, apply for any Cancellations on our website.
For products that are under the value of 200 USD, the order can only be canceled in case it is not shipped from our warehouse. If the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled unless the item is damaged or defective. We will offer replacement or refund for any such defective items within 15 days of the receipt of the product in our warehouse. This means the once the refund is approved, the customer will get a refund within 15 days in his/ her account.
